Please read these Terms carefully. If You do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, You must not access or use the Platform. Your continued access or use of the Platform constitutes Your acceptance of these Terms.

If You are accessing or using the Platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, You represent and warrant that You have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these Terms, in which case the terms will refer to that entity and its affiliates.

We reserve the right to modify or change these Terms at any time, and Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify You of any significant changes to these Terms, but it is Your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2. Description of Service

The SnapShot WebApp provides a platform accessible through www.sn4pshot.com or any associated applications, enabling users to access, view, and analyze up to 24 years of historical time and price data related to financial instruments.

The Service covers three daily trading sessions – Asia, London, and New York – and includes data for 24 distinct financial instruments. These data are subject to calculations pertaining to price retracements and extensions over specific time periods.

 

Features and Functions:

  1. Historical Data Analysis: Users can access a rich historical dataset, providing insight into the price movements and trends of different financial instruments over time.
  2. Retracement and Extension Calculations: The Service offers calculated metrics for price retracements and extensions, valuable for understanding potential price movements.
  3. Data Visualization: Users can visualize the data in the form of barcharts, enhancing comprehension and ease of analysis.
  4. Statistical Insights: The Platform conveys various statistics derived from the data, aiding Users in understanding key market dynamics.

3. Registration and User Responsibilities

3.6 Termination Rights:

  • By the User: Users can terminate the service via the ‘manage’ option on the landing page of the app. On cancellation of subscription access to the app will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • By SnapShot: Reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance with these terms, illegal activities, non-payment of fees, or other specified reasons.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Subscription Terms

Payments

 

Monthly Subscription Fee

Your SnapShot subscription is billed on a monthly basis. Payment will be charged to your provided payment method on the day you sign up for the service and will recur automatically every month on the same date, unless you cancel your subscription.

Payment Method

All payments are collected by Stripe. Stripe accept all major credit cards and many other payment methods, some of which are dependent on your geographical location. All payments on Stripe are secured and encrypted to ensure the protection of your financial information. SnapShot does not hold or retain any of your personal information relating to the collection of payments.

Payment Failure

In case of payment failure, you will be notified via email. If payment is not successful within a grace period, your access to the SnapShot service will be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

Refunds

We offer a no-refund policy on all subscription charges. Please make sure that you need the service before committing to a payment.

 

Subscription Terms

 

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your stripe account dashboard accessable via the ‘manage’ button on the app landing page. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made to your payment method. However, no refunds will be issued for any previous charges.

Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to SnapShot for the duration of your latest billing cycle. Your access will be revoked at the end of this period, and you will need to subscribe again to regain access.

Updates to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify the subscription terms and fees. Any changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership of Content: The information, visualizations, calculations, and all content provided through SnapShot are owned by SnapShot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. While the underlying data may be publicly available or derived from public sources, the specific presentation, organization, and analysis of the data are unique to SnapShot and constitute intellectual property.
  • Restrictions on Use: Users may access the content on SnapShot solely for their personal, non-commercial use. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the content in any way without express written consent from SnapShot.
  • Protection of Intellectual Property: Users must not engage in activities that infringe or violate SnapShot’s intellectual property rights or those of third parties linked to SnapShot. Any unauthorized use of SnapShot’s intellectual property is a violation of this agreement and applicable laws.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your subscription to the Service at any time via the ‘manage’ button on the app landing page. Upon termination by you, we will cease billing you for the subscription fees, and your access to the Service will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle. We will not refund for the unused portion of your subscription, so it is advisable to cancel close to the end of the billing cycle.

9.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • 9.2.1 Violation of these Terms and Conditions, including any of the Prohibited Activities outlined in [section on Prohibited Activities].
  • 9.2.2 Failure to pay the applicable subscription fees by the due date.
  • 9.2.3 Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities, or any other actions that may harm others or us.
  • 9.2.4 At our sole discretion, if we determine that your continued access to the Service is no longer commercially viable or is causing legal liabilities.
